Faculty Position in Behavioral Science
Duke Kunshan University (DKU) invites candidates to a tenured or tenure-track faculty position in Behavioral Science beginning in the academic year 2026-2027. We are looking for an interdisciplinary scholar in behavioral science with a background spanning at least two of the following fields: behavioral public policy, behavioral economics, political psychology, social psychology and related fields. The successful candidate will be expected to teach interdisciplinary courses in our Behavioral Science major, including Introduction to Behavioral Science, Mechanisms or Human Behavior, Individuals and their Decisions, as well as courses in her/his areas of expertise.

Faculty Position in Computational Social Science
Duke Kunshan University (DKU) invites faculty candidates to apply for a tenured or tenure-track faculty position in Computational Social Science beginning in the academic year 2026-2027. We are looking for a computational social scientist with background in political science, sociology, communication or public policy who applies cutting-edge computational techniques to answer social scientific questions. Faculty Position in International Political Economy
Duke Kunshan University (DKU) invites faculty candidates to apply to a tenure-track assistant professor position in Political Economy beginning in the academic year 2026-2027. We are looking for a political economy scholar working on international political economy, international development, with preference for scholarship on the relationship between China and the World; candidates with an ability to teach a course on China-Africa relations should indicate this in their application. The successful candidate will be expected to teach interdisciplinary courses, such as International Political Economy, Development, China in the World, as well as courses in her/his areas of expertise.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Research experience at a postdoctoral level (or greater) and teaching experience are desirable, as is experience working in an interdisciplinary setting.
In order to meet Chinese visa requirements, prior to the position start date international (non-Chinese) candidates must have worked full-time (work experience obtained while studying full-time is not considered as full-time work experience) for at least two years in a relevant area (including post-doctoral work) after receiving their Bachelor’s degree, or begin their appointment at DKU within 12 months of obtaining their master’s degree/Ph.D. and without having work experience between graduation date on master’s degree diploma/Ph.D. diploma and position start date.
